Our production environment includes two top-equipped studios with monitoring rooms. All the sectors can be hired with personnel for your production. Our professional personnel help you to get all the advantages of the digital working current.
We also provide broadly based services to your AV-production, from advance research to post production. The national landscape of North Karelia offers versatile targets for both summer and winter photographing, from hill scenery to snowy winter, not to mention all the opportunities that the imminence of the Russian border offers. As an active student city, Joensuu provides you a wide range of activities and events in free time.

Visual studio
Our picture studio gives you a unique opportunity to carry
out recordings and live broadcast. Our studio equipment
includes, for example, four Philips studio cameras, of which
one is in crane and one can be attached to a teleprompter,
light fittings of 60 projectors, and a three-wall chroma.
The studio is floating-structured, completely air-conditioned
and soundproof. A rare feature, natural light in a studio,
has gained huge success in re-cording situations. Thus,
the studio, which has an area of 146m² and which is 6m high,
is modifiable also for recordings. Joensuu city symphony
orchestra has, for example, recorded in our big studio.
Visual monitoring room
Through modern video technology in the studios it is possible to produce technically superior television and video programs. The monitoring room has also been designed to meet the needs of live broadcast. One specialty in our monitoring room is a 70" video screen, which enables simultaneous watching and free placing of one big source or several different sources. Broadcasts in the 130-seated auditorium in Joensuu Science Park can also be controlled and recorded from the monitoring room.

Audio studio
We can offer you an audio studio of 64m² and 6m of height.
From the wide range of microphones, the most suit-able solution
for your source of sound will be found. The acoustical solutions
in the studio have been designed in a way that it is possible
to have natural light in the premises. Rockability-Turn-on-Kit®
also enables recording rock music in our studio.
Audio monitoring room
Audio technology is entirely based on digital editing and recording of sound. The sound is recorded into Pro-Tools-system equipped with 72-channelled ProController and EditPack, or to other digital formats. The sound from several different sources is mixed with digital ProTools/Pro Control-audio mixer and is recorded either to hard discs, or to A-DAT-, Tascam MX- or DAT-recorders. For the post production of the sound, Protools 24MXPlus-equipment and Pro Control 32-control panel are used. Dolby Digital 5.1E controlling system in the monitoring room has been designed and manufactured by Genelec.
The audio monitoring room is Dolby Digital 5.1E -certified.
